I am Michel O'Narey, a design professional with 15 years of experience working with media entertainment, gaming, e-commerce and software development companies. A problem-solver, I am dynamic, creative, versatile, dedicated and attentive. I also play the Titanic song on the flute so... there's that.

In addition to my previous responsibilities as Senior Designer, I provided leadership to the Creative team, guiding and validating the work of UI, UX, Art and Content experts.

Duties

Led the Design team and owned end-to-end design process for web and mobile user portals, content platforms and commerce experiences across interconnected product ecosystems.

Duties

Working closely with clients and project managers, I was responsible for the UI/UX design and art direction of multi-device platforms, websites, games, and apps.

Designed UI/UX solutions for large-scale telecommunications platforms across mobile, web, and TV interfaces, including long-term consumer projects for TELUS, Bell, and Videotron.

Collaborated directly with client Product and Engineering teams, building familiarity with their workflows, technical environments, and design standards.

Contributed to the evolution of complex design systems, ensuring consistency and alignment across platforms and device ecosystems.

Briefed, reviewed, and mentored junior designers, and contributed to the evolution of internal design standards and workflows.

Duties

Responsibilities included the design and integration of product websites, sales-oriented mini-sites, one-pagers and packaging for the company's software offerings, including the creation and maintenance of online ad campaign materials.
